College to Corporate is a program for final-year and pre-final-year students who want to walk into the job market knowing what they're doing, not just hoping for the best. We're covering the stuff that actually matters: how to transition smoothly from college to corporate, how to carry yourself in an interview, what grooming and presence actually mean in a professional setting, and what nobody tells you about corporate life until you're already in it. FOUR SESSIONS, ONE DIRECTION — WHAT THE DAY COVERS: 1. 🎓 COLLEGE TO CORPORATE: Bridging the gap between academic life and professional expectations. Key insights into what hiring managers look for, professional mindset, and building a strong foundation for career success. 2. 🤝 Mock Interviews: Get in the room and actually do it. Practice rounds with live feedback so you're not rehearsing in your head for the first time during the real thing. 3. 👔 Grooming & Presence: How you show up matters. Dressing, carrying conversations, and why first impressions in a corporate setting differ from anywhere else. 4. 💬 Signature You: A practical session on figuring out what makes you different and talking about it clearly in a cover letter, interview, or LinkedIn profile. HOW THE DAY RUNS — SCHEDULE: - 09:30 AM – 10:00 AM: Inauguration — Opening ceremony, welcome address, and introduction to Compassion Crew and AMC Engineering College. - 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Speaker 1 — Priya Dey (Business Development Consultant; Ex-Sarovar Hotels, ICICI Bank, GE Capital, The Oberoi Group) on College to Corporate transition. - 12:00 PM – 02:00 PM: Speaker 2 — Rajiv Srinivas (Managing Partner Addaptech; Ex-SVP Maveric Systems, Head of TA Legato) on Grooming, presence, and carrying yourself in a corporate environment.
